Testimonials

I came to Dunklin after a hard road of doing things my way. I lost almost everything. Today, God has restored everything I had destroyed. My relationship with my family is better than ever and instead of wanting to end my life, I want to live for Him.

Our Vision

After 47 years, Dunklin has become the model for “Cities of Refuge” around the world. The experience and growth from this time in the wilderness is a transferable concept because we have trained leaders willing to go and plant their lives to begin other Cities around the globe.

Our vision is to reproduce working recovery programs and leadership training schools in the U.S. and in other countries wanting to be trained in the Trinity Concept of recovery. The model is comprised of a residential recovery program, along with a recovery church, and a leadership training center, all under the covering of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.

“The high calling of God” for Dunklin Memorial Church is to follow the pattern of the New Testament Church in creating small, self-sustaining communities that will be “Cities of Refuge” for those who have been in bondage to alcoholism and drug addiction.

This vision will be accomplished through:

  1. Fervent prayer and reliance on the Lord
  2. Maintaining integrity in all areas of the Ministry
  3. Commitment to team management
  4. Utilizing the Servant Leadership model
  5. Modeling the transforming life of Jesus Christ

The vision is far greater than God’s first call to build a camp for alcoholics and drug addicts but we are confident that:

He that hath done good work in us will perform it until the day of Jesus Christ.  Philippians 1:6
