International Training Center, Inc.

The History

Dunklin International Training Center came into existence in 1992 as the worldwide epidemic of chemical addiction led scores of people around the world to contact Dunklin Memorial Church in hopes of soliciting help in dealing with addiction in their own countries. The vision that began 40 years ago has been built by thousands of individuals sharing their talents to transform a swamp into a Christian community. And by God’s grace, it has become a model that is being replicated around the world.

We are on the threshold of a spiritual movement that can bring about a new reformation in the future by creating new paradigms of church structures that will respond to the hurting people of the world.

Sharing the Dunklin model with the peoples of the world is a big task, but one that is not insurmountable. The leadership training has been developed and expanded over the past 40 years, and it is clear that the time has come for the vision to be shared and realized around the globe.

Dunklin International Training Center is based at Dunklin Memorial Camp. The Center has started sending out teams to do leadership training in other countries that are already operating recovery programs using the Dunklin Curriculum.
