Dunklin Memorial Church
“The body is a unit, though it is made up of many parts; and though all its parts are many, they form one body. So it is with Christ.” 1 Corinthians 12:12
Worship and Celebration Service
We are a non-denominational family church, whose basis of fellowship is the Cross of Jesus Christ. We are comprised of people from a wide range of church backgrounds, so whatever your background, we want you to feel at home worshipping with us.
We are not formal or ritualistic, but instead consider our service to be a time of celebration of what God has been doing in our lives all week. This is our reason to rejoice. Our Sunday service starts at 11:00 a.m. The pastor of DMC is Nick Reynolds.
As always, our nursery volunteers will bless your children with the love of Christ as they care for them. The age group for the nursery is newborn through 3 years.
Our Sunday School Teachers are dedicated to your children and are here each week introducing them to Bible characters and stories. All children from ages 4-11 are welcome.
We are excited about our Children’s Church at DMC. We begin with prayer, praise and an offering. We also play games and have Bible lessons. We always lead the children into relationship with Jesus and each other. The Jr. Kids Church is for ages 4-6 and they meet in the nursery building. The Kids Church is for ages 7-11 and they meet in the Good Sam building.
Dunklin Youth Group, ages 12-18 meet on Sundays at 9:30 a.m. Our purpose is to experience God in a real way so we may grow into who we are in Christ and impact the world around us. Our time together consists of sincere prayer, genuine discussions, games, and relationship building.
Sunday Morning Bible Study
There is a Bible study class meeting in the Dining Hall each Sunday morning from 9:30-10:30 A.M. Lessons are taught each Sunday on topics about the Bible, books of the Bible, and doctrines as they apply to our Christian life. Everyone is welcome.
Sunday Morning Outside Marriage Class
Pastor Mike and Jodi LoCascio
For our Church community, we offer Marriage Enrichment class on Sunday Morning from 9:30 to 10:45. We also have small groups and one-on-one sessions to work on deeper personal issues.
Dunklin Prayer Chain
Sylvia Crowe (772) 597-5428
There are sign up sheets in the Tabernacle if you are interested in praying for others. We have prayer teams in different areas, and each person calls the next in line until they talk with another prayer partner (please leave a message for those not home). There are prayer sheets available after each Sunday service on the back table in the Tabernacle. Pray for them during the week. If you have a prayer request to be added to the prayer chain.
